This is absolutely not my first collection of songs.... but it IS my first Mini-Book

The EP has four songs: The Universe, Paracetamol, Nuclear Power and Quiet Revolution. Stripped back, raw and powerful - just me and my guitar. 

In the mini-book I share more about the songs and the concepts that inspired them - Specifically, my (never-ending) journey towards radical self expression, resisting the urge to people please, embracing boundaries, and trusting my instinct & vision for my life.

This isn't a “how to” book... it's a “how it feels for me” companion to the songs. 

I wrote it to connect with myself more deeply, to understand ideas that previously didn’t make sense, and to help me refine my vision for my life. 

The process of writing the songs and book reminded me (again) that my life is my own, and I can choose how I use it. So, I hope that these songs & words serve you in some way too. I hope they expand something within you... I think they will
