When you donate (any amount you want to / can... literally, you can donate $0.01c if that's all you can afford! I just want you to have these songs!) the internet robots will automatically send you an email with a download link In that link you'll get:

The entire Dear John album in both WAV and MP3 form so you can download in your preferred format. AND I'll send you a Soundcloud link so you can stream it too (in case you don't use Spotify etc)
